The invention relates to an axial mechanism of multidirectional locking for access doors. According to the invention, the mechanism comprises an actuation module consisting of a driving bushing (4) eccentrically interlocked, through the casing (3, 90), with an external handle (2), axially coupled with a blocking plate (1), and which, when manually actuated after axially decoupling by a lift Q, carried out by rotating a radial cam (7), by means of a key of a safety cylinder (5), allows driving the main latches (30, 30') and the vertical latches (32, 33, 32', 33'), the locking cycle being ended only after the exterior handle (2) returns to the idle condition in the initial position O, allowed by a 90A recess of the bushing (4), the axial blocking of the exterior handle (2) in the blocking plate (1), by the frontal pressing with an equivalent lift Q, resetting the position O, by defolding a shoulder of the bushing (4) consisting of the diametral balls (6) as a consequence of the return of the radial cam (7) under the action of the relaxation of a spring (9), as well as the rigid blocking of the main latches (30, 30', 32, 33, 32', 33') by blocking the axial oscillation of a driver (23, 72), due to resetting the direct contact between some bolts (25), fastened inside the body of the driver (23, 72) and a disk (13) fastened on a longitudinal axle (11).
