It is described a method for reducing of P2O5 inhibition effect to formation of clinker phases at cement clinker production using inorganic materials containing phosphorus and/or organic materials containing phosphorus in its inorganic part after the organic part is burnt out. The materials containing phosphorus are treated before their reaction with clinker phases by grinding or mixing, wherein the ratio of inorganic particles, directly entering the reaction with clinker phases, larger than 200 micrometers constitutes from 3 to 100 % of granulometric spectrum. In this way, it is affected the degree of solubility and of reacting P2O5 into clinker phases and a part of P2O5 intensifies the processes of producing clinker, and it does not exceed the critical value P2O5 MAX = 0.030 . C2S + 0.005 . (100 - C2S), and a part of P2O5 remains bonded in kinetic conditioned solid solutions with C2S and with various degree of saturation with low solubility of bonded C2S into surrounding clinker phases.
