A method of determining the cohesive forces of film-forming systems (solutions) at adhesion of particles during their encapsulation includes determination of the tensile strength of the particles adhesion, specific energy of cohesion of the film-forming solution and its specific cohesive strength at the moment of rupture of adhesion. The determination of the cohesive forces of adhesion, specific energy of cohesion, specific cohesive strength of the film-forming solutions is performed by means of hingedly fastened flat surface and test sample (particle) of spherical, cylindrical or arbitrary form with flat faces, by determining the angle ? of the inclination of plane, at which the equilibrium occurs of forces of adhesion and forces of rolling or shift of sample on inclined plane moistened by the solution under investigation.
