A method of determining the cohesive forces of film-forming systems (solutions) at adhesion of particles during their encapsulation includes determination of the tensile strength of the particles adhesion, specific energy of cohesion of the film-forming solution and its specific cohesive strength at the moment of rupture of adhesion.
