METHOD FOR CONTROLLING EFFICACY OF DRUG FOR TREATMENT OF VARIOUS FORMS OF BRONCHIAL TUBERCULOSIS

A method for controlling the efficacy of the drug for treatment of various forms of the bronchial tuberculosis comprises the analysis of clinical data. In the process of the endoscopical treatment after 3-4 procedures, the dynamics of the reparations in the bronchial mucosa is assessed: in the ulcerous form - by the decrease in the ulcer-containing area and its clearance of fibrin; in the fistulous form - by the decrease in diameter of the bronchonodular fistulous passages and their clearance; in the infiltrative tuberculosis - by the decrease in the infiltration area. The decrease in the activity of the exudative inflammatory reaction in any form of tuberculosis is indicative of the drug efficacy.
