METHOD FOR CORRECTING MANIFESTATIONS OF OXIDATIVE STRESS AND VEGETATIVE DYSFUNCTION BY INTERVAL HYPOXIA IN PATIENTS WITH ULCER ASSOCIATED WITH HELICOBACTER PYLORI IN POSTERADICATION PERIOD

摘要

A method for correcting the manifestations of oxidative stress and vegetative dysfunction by interval hypoxia in the patients with the ulcer associated with Helicobacter pylori in posteradication period comprises the interval hypoxia training with the aid of Frolov's training device. The hypoxia training is provided in the interval mode consisting of three one-minute cycles, one two-minute cycle, and one three-minute cycle with one-minute intervals according to the regimen 1+1+1+2+3, once a day in the evening before the night sleep 5-6 times a week with 14 mL of water in the device. The breathing is characterized by the following parameters: breathing through the apparatus 2-3 s, exhalation 3-5 s followed by the gradual extension to 15-20 s and more in the course of the training.
