The proposed method of neurochemical analysis for determining the state of post-operation hyperalgesia consists in taking the samples of the thalamus,neocortex, hippocamp, elongated tentorium, and hypothalamus in experimental rats, preparing the samples of water-soluble protein fractions by mixing the homogenates with buffer solution of chlorhydric acid, analyzing the lysosomal peptihydrolases, determining the change of the content of lysosomal cysteic B cathepsin by spectophotometery, and determining the presence of the hyperalgesia process.
