The method for diagnosing the metastatic lesions in the regional lymph collector comprises ultrasonography of the regional lymph nodes in the grey scale (B mode) and Dopplerography. The ultrasonic visualization of the lymph nodes is performed in the setting of the physiological stimulation of the regional lymph and venous flow by the local pressure increase under the cuff of the tonometer applied distally to the regional lymph collector.
