A method for the immunoenzyme assay of the antibodies to the virus of the infectious laryngotracheitis of chickens comprises the loading of the wells with the antigen diluted in carbonate buffer, the incubation followed by the blocking of the wells. 10% globulin-free serum (the waste of immunoglobulin manufacture) is used as a blocking agent. 0.02 M phosphate-buffered saline is used as the solvent.
