A method for obtaining recombinant proteins by means of transgene transient expression mediated by Agrobacterium includes accumulating an Agrobacterium suspension, substituting a culture medium for an infiltration buffer, administration of the Agrobacterium suspension into plant leaves in vivo, keeping the plants in stable greenhouse conditions in the course of several days, harvesting the leaf biomass, extracting the combined soluble protein fraction.
