Furthermore, the loading bin is equipped with an insulating cover, and on the bottom a metallic plate is located havinh opening proportional to the diameter of discharge neck, and a shock-absorbing support from elastic material, in this case the connection of side walls with the bottom of receiving tank forms damping zones from protective layer of fine feed stock formed at the angle of natural slant, moreover one of side walls of receiving tank, from the side of the supply of feed stock, is inclined, and the angle between forming surface of protective layer of fine feed stock on the inclined wall of receiving tank to the vector of direction of the flow of raw material, which enters receiving tank, does not exceed 10°.
