Method of airless dispersion of fire-retardant paints manufactured by A+B Ukraine

摘要

A method of airless dispersion of fire-retardant paints by pressure rate setting on the installation at the level of 0.3-0.8 MPa or at the level of 18-24 MPa and selection of the diameter of sprayer with respect to two parameters: diameter of nozzle and cone apex angle of the jet. In this case for the material with high viscosity the fixed diameter of nozzle of 0.5-0.9 mm is set, and reduction of working losses for the material with average viscosity is adjusted by decrease of the diameter of nozzle up to 0.45-0.5 mm.
