METHOD FOR TREATMENT OF MYOFASCIAL PAIN SYNDROMES IN PATIENTS WITH THE SYNDROME OF LEG UNEQUAL LENGTH

A method for treatment of myofascial pain syndromes in patients with the syndrome of leg unequal length comprises the orthopaedic correction of leg unequal length with an orthopaedic insole. Additionally the shock-wave therapy is prescribed with the shot amount of 2500-3500, with intensity of 2-3.5 bars, with standard nozzles in the areas of maximal sickliness, and the influence on the active trigger points is prescribed in the area of sacral bones, femur, shin and foot, with nozzle for acupuncture, the course of treatment is 3-4 procedures with an interval of 10-14 days.
