Method for increase of effectiveness of self-aiming of zenith controlled rockets on maneuvering air targets with low reflection area at which one reveals air target, follows target in range, azimuth, angle of elevation, with extrapolation of target track, one switches off self-aiming circuit, follows with head of self-targeting of rocket parameter of target echo, one issues commands of control of rocket flight and at the end stage of self-aiming of zenith controlled rockets to maneuvering air targets with low area of reflection one works out commands of control of rudders of rocket for adjustment of aiming to target. To increase effectiveness of self-aiming of zenith controlled rockets to maneuvering at targets with small area of reflection at implementation of technological operations with respect to control of parameter of target echo with head of self-aiming of rocket, one additionally evaluates level of target echo, one makes decision on level of target maneuver, and after implementation of technological operations at which one performs elaboration of commands for control of rocket flight one additionally determines levels of control commands corresponding to target maneuver and performs working out command of control of rocket rudders for adjustment of aiming to target.
