Method for fixation of preparations of nerve structures of bowels of animal and bird dyed with methylene blue includes treatment of sampled material of bowels and dyeing with solution of methylene blue at t=38 °C under control of level of absorption of dye by nerve structures of bowels by means of magnifier MBS -10 and fixation of preparations having come to contrast by immersion to vessel with 50-100 parts of volume of fixation solution, with washing with 4-5 portions of water during 1-6 hours and following treatment depending on aim of preparation of preparation dewatering in alcohols, purification in xylol, pouring to paraffin or making film preparations through scarification of mucous membrane, dewatering and placing to balm between object and cover glasses. Besides that after dyeing preparation is immersed to vessel with warm (t=38 °C) fixation solution of 1 % phosphoric-molybdenum acid, at that fixation is carried out at room temperature during 1-5 days.
