摘要

The invention relates to the cultivation of microorganisms-producents of biologically active substances. New strain Bacillus subtilis is isolated from soil samples, which release extracellular DNA, enriched with non-methylated cytosine, into cultural medium. This substance reveals immunostimulating, adjuvant and anti-tumor properties. The dynamics of production of extracellular bacterial DNA has specific nature and directly depends on cultivation conditions, first of all – on temperature regimen. The strain is registered in the Depositary of microorganism of Zabolotnyi Institute of Microbiology and Virology of NAS of Ukraine under number ІMB В-7108.
