A leader for swimmer has endless flexible traction, connected with the command device and fastened with possibility of movement on the opposite ends of swimming-pool. The flexible traction has a mark as a variable and removable buoy which serves the orientation for swimmer in relation to retaining of the set speed of swimming on different distances.
