A modular sub-sea (level) structure for supporting an offshore production facility,including at least one frame module, wherein each frame module comprises at leastthree identical triangular frames. Each triangular frame has a base and an apexopposite to said base, wherein the bases of the triangular frames are connectedto each other to form a closed polygonal frame. The apex of each triangular frameof the frame module is adapted to be connectable to a corresponding vertex of arespective closed polygonal frame of a subsequent frame module, if any are stackedthereon. The structure also includes a closing polygonal frame element havinga number of vertices corresponding to the number of triangular frames of a topframe module, wherein the apex of each triangular frame of said top frame moduleis connected to a respective vertex of said closing polygonal frame element.The structure further includes a corresponding first plurality of sleeves,each sleeve being connected to a vertex of said closing polygonal frame element;and a corresponding second plurality of sleeves, each sleeve being connectedto a corresponding vertex of the closed polygonal frame of the frame module beingmost distant from said closing polygonal frame element, wherein the sleevesof said first and second pluralities of sleeves are adapted to slidably receive,in a pair wise manner, a plurality of piles.
