improved fluid distribution in energy recovery systems for water desalination mechanical system. The system includes a pair of towers (2, 3), pressurized and depressurized, respectively, with respective floats (4) separating the sea water or salt brine. The distribution of input and output of fluids is achieved by a triple valve (7) which is driven by a shaft (11) of a mechanical control system (1) having a pair of eccentric wheels (20) which are driven by a motor (21) and a gear system. The mechanical control system (1) includes springs (12) and acts for a piston (10) provided inside the triple valve (7) is in start position; and, as it travels, a stop (13) opens the valve (8) and the brine penetrates into the tower (2 or 3) depressurized, whereupon this tower is pressurized and pressure balance is obtained in both two towers.
