The generator has a vertical axis that is fixed to the bed of water, which vertically slide and spin a D-shaped ring that is subjected to a Y-shaped bar through two kneecap type joints. An electric generator type dynamo is provided whose rotor is attached to a central axis of an elongated rotating and floating hollow cylinder and circular base.
