A turbine blade exposed to a hot atmosphere with a relatively high temperature and to a cold atmosphere with a relatively low temperature. The turbine blade has a concave pressure surface concaved along the direction in which a fluid flows, a convex negative pressure surface convexed along the direction in which the fluid flows, and depression/projection forming means for causing, when it is exposed to the cold temperature atmosphere, a depression/projection part present along the flow of the fluid to appear in the negative pressure surface and causing, when it is exposed to the hot temperature atmosphere, the negative pressure surface to be a smooth surface present along the convex surface. With this constitution, the pressure loss of the turbine blade at a low Reynolds number in the cold temperature atmosphere can be reduced without increasing the pressure loss of the turbine blade at a high Reynolds number in the hot temperature atmosphere.
