It is intended to provide a training aid for vessel anastomosis by which skills of vessel anastomosis can be efficiently and effectively improved before having clinical experiences in highly difficult surgical methods such as a coronary bypass operation. A training aid (1) for vessel anastomosis in which two pseudo blood vessels (BV1) and (BV2) are freely held at the anastomosis site by a pair of first and second holders (2) and (4). Owing to this constitution, environments closer to a clinical experience can be created, which makes it possible to efficiently and effectively improve skills of vessel anastomosis before having clinical experiences in highly difficult surgical methods such as a coronary bypass operation.
