The invention relates to a method for producing a vessel (1) by stretch-blowing in a mould (11) from a preform (3) made of a plastic material, that comprises the following steps: measuring the pressure (P) inside the preform (3); detecting a pressure peak; memorising the moment (tSUBB/SUB) when the pressure peak occurs as well as the corresponding pressure (PSUBB/SUB) inside the preform (3); comparing the moment (tSUBB/SUB) and the detected peak pressure (PSUBB/SUB), respectively, with a predetermined moment and a predetermined pressure of a theoretical pressure peak; if the measured peak and the theoretical peak are not identical, modifying at least one of the following parameters: pre-blowing pressure (PSUBP/SUB); pre-blowing flow rate (DSUBP/SUB); pre-blowing cue (tSUBP/SUB); stretching speed (VSUBE/SUB); heating temperature (T).
