A method of producing a waterproof harness (10a) having high ability of waterproofing a connection section to which an electric wire is electrically connected. The method has a preparation step and a waterproofing step. The preparation step prepares a wire harness (10) including core wires (111, 121, 131) that have conductor element wires (113, 123, 133) and also have insulation claddings (112, 122, 132) surrounding the core wires. In the wire harness (10), an end (111a, 121a, 131a) of the core wire of each electric wire is exposed from one end of each insulation cladding, and the exposed ends (111a, 121a, 131a) are connected together. The water proofing process heats and shrinks a heat shrinkable protective tube (19), and this is performed with a terminal section (102), constructed from the exposed ends and a portion near the one end of each insulation cladding, inserted in the tube (19) and with gaps between the conductive element wires at the terminal section impregnated with an anaerobiotic fixation agent (18).
