Disclosed are a pharmaceutical agent and a food which can treat, ameliorate or prevent an allergic disease such as type I allergic disease and an autoimmune disease such as rheumatoid arthritis and inflammatory bowel disease effectively and safely. Specifically disclosed are: a pharmaceutical agent comprising a lactic acid bacterium fermentation product of a grape skin/seed which is produced by fermenting at least one of a grape skin and a grape seed with a lactic acid bacterium; and a food comprising a lactic acid bacterium fermentation product of a grape skin/seed which is produced by fermenting at least one of a grape skin and a grape seed with a lactic acid bacterium.
