A high-voltage-resistant full-wave bridge rectifier with standard CMOS transistors includes four MOS transistors (103,104,105,106). Additional transistors (107,108) are connected in series between the transistor about to undergo high voltage and the input of the rectifier, so as to reduce the voltage at the gate of the transistor. Meanwhile, the voltage across the gate and the source is divided by means of connecting additional transistors (109,110) in series, thereby high-voltage-resistant rectifier is accomplished with standard low-voltage transistors while not adding additional processing complexity, further lowering the cost of manufacture and processing.
