Low temperature steriliser using hydrogen peroxide vapour

The machine sterilizes with hydrogen peroxide vapour produced in a dedicated vaporizer made of stainless steel and then injected into the sterilization chamber (also made in stainless steel).The hydrogen peroxide is withdrawn from the chamber passing through a burning process with high tension in the burner.The vapour is withdrawn from the material by ventilation composed by an air entry and vacuum in the chamber with its following burning.This equipment is able to sterilize rigid and length flexible tubes. The flexible ones can have 10 m length and a 1 mm diameter, and the rigid tubes can have the total size of the chamber with a 1 mm diameter.
