REMOVAL OF COLLOIDS AND SOLUBLE SUBSTANCES USING CATIONIC NANOPARTICLES IN THE PAPERMAKING PROCESS

There are provided the cationic nanoparticle sols and a papermaking method using the same, more particularly, the cationic nanoparticle sols are used to remove dissolved and colloidal substances during papermaking, and retain them with paper product, wherein the cationic nanoparticles have a specific surface area of 200 m²/g to 5000 m²/g, and the mole ratio of aluminum to surface silica is 1:8 to 30:1.
