ANISOTROPIC CONDUCTIVE ADHESIVE COMPOSITION FOR HIGH OVERFLOW AND THE ANISOTROPIC CONDUCTIVE FILM THEREOF

An anisotropic conductive adhesive composition is provided to ensure excellent ambient-temperature stability, stable electroconductivity even in a short-time main pressing condition, and excellent flowability. An anisotropic conductive adhesive composition includes (i) 100 parts by weight of an ethylene-vinylacetate copolymer, (ii) 3-90 parts by weight of a resin having a molecular weight of 10,000 or more, (iii) 40-180 parts by weight of a radically polymerizable material, (iv) 0.3-10 parts by weight of a radical initiator based on 100 parts by weight of the ethylene-vinylacetate copolymer, the resin having a molecular weight of 10,000, and the radically polymerizable material, and (v) 0.2-30 parts by weight of conductive particles based on 100 parts by weight of the radically polymerizable material and the resin having a molecular weight of 10,000 or more.
