An identification method of lactic acid bacteria in probiotic products by using multiplex PCR(Polymerase Chain Reaction) is provided to discriminate two kinds of Lactobacillus sp., two kinds of Bifidobacterium sp. and four kinds of other lactic acid bacteria through one reaction, thereby improving identification rapidness and accuracy. An identification method of lactic acid bacteria in probiotic products comprises a step of performing the multiplex PCR by using primers of SEQ ID NOs:1 to 8 to identify any one lactic acid bacterium selected from Lactobacillus acidophilus(SEQ ID NOs:5 and 6), Lactobacillus rhamnosus(SEQ ID NOs:1 and 2), Bifidobacterium longum(SEQ ID NOs:7 and 8) and Bifidobacterium bifidum(SEQ ID NOs:3 and 4).
