A disposable chopsticks capable of being folded in one stage or two stages made of an eco-friendly material is provided to reduce the length thereof in an eco-friendly manner to be carried conveniently. To form disposable chopsticks capable of being folded in one stage or two stages made of an eco-friendly material, existing chopsticks are divided into an upper end portion(15) and a lower end portion(11), and contact portions of two divided portions(12,14) are formed. The contact portion has concave and convex shapes(17,19). The chopsticks are made of a material that is formed by mixing an adhesive resin into starch or dextrin and compressing the mixture to be decomposed biologically.
