A functional fermented green tea microorganism agent prepared from green tea and useful microorganisms is provided to inhibit the intestinal harmful bacteria, increase the cell-mediated immunity and humoral immunity and be used for raising a pig, thereby capable of increasing the productivity of the pig by significantly improving the weight gain of the pig and the feed demanding rate and providing the pig with high protein content, low fat content, good flesh color, low cholesterol and good tenderness of a meat. A method for preparing a functional fermented green tea microorganism agent comprises the steps of: (a) mixing powdered dried green tea leaves, non-fat rice bran and wheat bran in the weight ratio of 3:5:2; (b) after evenly spraying and inoculating each Lactobacillus acidophilus KCTC 3111 and Lactobacillus plantarum KCTC 3104 in a level of 1x10^7/ml, respectively into the mixture to make the water content percentage of the total mixture become about 40% water content, subjecting the total mixture to an anaerobic and an aerobic lactobacillus fermentation process at a temperature of 37 deg.C for 3 days to prepare a solid fermented product; and (c) after evenly spraying and inoculating each Saccharomyces cerevisiae KCTC 7915, Bacillus subtilis KCTC 3239, and Bacillus coagulans KCTC 1015, in a level of 1x10^12/ml, respectively into the solid fermented product, drying the product at a temperature of 35-40 deg.C for 2 days. A pig is characterized in that it is limitlessly fed by a feed containing 0.1-1 wt.% of the functional fermented green tea microorganism agent and has the protein content of 19.7-22.5 %/g, the fat content of 1.7-2.7 %/g, and the cholesterol content of 78-81.8 mug/g.
