A valve block for an excavator engine main pump, which is formed by a new casting method, and the casting method thereof are provided to supply hot water immediately by leaving melted liquid by calculating the fill-up amount of the melted liquid until the melted liquid is contracted, by manufacturing a mold at a size of an auxiliary melted liquid portion to keep adequate temperature of the melted liquid as the melted liquid is injected by standing the mold. In a valve block for an excavator engine main pump, which is formed by a new casting method, an atmospheric melted liquid unit is stuck to an injection port(52) and a center portion to keep the regular amount of melted liquid and to inject the melted liquid additionally in contraction. A melted liquid supply path is changed to inject the melted liquid additionally in the contraction by keeping the regular amount of melted liquid which is injected to a lower surface and the atmospheric melted liquid unit installed at the injection port, and returned upward by sticking the atmospheric melted liquid unit to the center portion.
