An apparatus for injecting a fluid cement into bone cavities is provided to prevent tumor cells from proliferating to adjacent areas by reliably stabilizing defective bones. At least one needle(2) injects a fluid cement into bone cavities which contain biological fluids. The needle includes at least one filling opening(3), which fills the cement fluid from the outside of the bone cavity, and at least one injection opening(4), which injects the cement fluid into the bone cavity. At least one channel(8) extracts the biological fluid from the bone cavity, while the cement fluid is injected into the bone cavity. The channel includes at least one inlet hole(9) and at least one outlet hole(10). The biological fluid is injected from the bone cavity through the inlet hole. The biological fluid is extracted from the bone cavity through the outlet hole. The inlet and outlet holes are arranged to be adjacent to each other in the bone cavity.
