Disclosed are a composition, a composition for a health food and a pharmaceutical composition for the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis. The health food and the pharmaceutical composition have a synergistic effect of glucosamine, collagen and isoflavone aglycone, and therefore are useful for the relief or treatment of a condition of a disease induced by metabolic disorder in cartilage, particularly rheumatoid arthritis.
