A bilateral switch composite parallel boost converter using a bipolar output connection magnetic circuit is provided to perform a design considering a ripple by generating boosted DC through multiple discharge. A bilateral switch composite parallel boost converter includes a bipolar Y-Y connection magnetic circuit(50), a bilateral switch converter 1(51), a bilateral switch converter 2(55), a regenerative energy DC generating circuit 1(52), a regenerative energy DC generating circuit 2(56), a charge/discharge circuit 1(53), a charge/discharge circuit 2(57), and a DC smoothing circuit(59). A bilateral switch composite 3-phase boost converter 1(54) is formed by connecting the bilateral switch converter 1 and the regenerative energy DC generating circuit 1. A bilateral switch composite 3-phase boost converter 2(58) is formed by connecting the bilateral switch converter 2 and the regenerative energy DC generating circuit 2. A (+) DC output lead wire of the bilateral switch composite 3-phase boost converter 1 and a (+) DC output lead wire of the bilateral switch composite 3-phase boost converter 2 are connected to each other so as to be used as a common DC output lead wire. A (-) DC output lead wire of the bilateral switch composite 3-phase boost converter 1 and a (-) DC output lead wire of the bilateral switch composite 3-phase boost converter 2 are connected to each other so as to be used as the common DC output lead wire. A smoothing capacitor is attached between a (+) common output connection wire and a (-) common output connection wire to smooth DC. An over-current preventing reactor is attached to the (+) common output connection wire to stabilize DC power.
