A parallel bipolar boost inverter using a parallel bipolar winding circuit is provided to maximumly utilize a counter electromotive force as sacrificial energy by using a circuit configuration designed for a low voltage characteristic of the counter electromotive force. Boost inducing circuits(21,22) are connected in series with positive terminals of sacrificial energy charging/discharging capacitors(211,221) having a function of storing a counter electromotive force, and are adapted to control application of a boost power by using charging/discharging control switches(212,222) so as to transmit the electromotive force generated from a magnetic circuit(25) to the charging/discharging capacitors. Power voltage arc-extinguishing switches(213,223) are connected between a positive lead line of a smooth capacitor(201) and inverters(23,24), and have a function of inducing the counter electromotive force to the charging/discharging capacitors and a function of arc-extinguishing an energy band of a power voltage.
