A safe service agent system through the Internet is provided to prevent crimes occurring in a manpower agency service and construct the safety/reliability of the manpower agency service by constructing the reliability among a client, an agency, and a service agent. A client finds and contacts with a proper service agent directly through a website of an Internet manpower agency. The service agent pays a fee to the Internet manpower agency and requests the Internet manpower agency to identify the client. The Internet manpower agency identifies the client by asking questions to the client and stores answers of the client. The Internet manpower agency informs the service agent of identification completion by using a short message or a call, and provides meeting information to the service agent. The Internet manpower agency checks the safety of the service agent by receiving the call from the service agent. The manpower agent reports accident of the service agent to the police when the safety of the service agent is not confirmed.
