Being provided to the entire figure throughout web browser based on internet business model using the one of the portal page of a people easily using a bookmark management function of a web browser and enables a user to decorate the portal page of a people with homepage constituent element and by the design of a homepage editting function. One bookmark of user click of the portal page of a people with a mouse, and the information in relation to bookmark are sent to an operator server. User's bookmark database of operator server is accumulated in by the access of user and the quantity in place.
