A blue electroluminescent polymer is provided to increase blue light emitting characteristics and to be superior in heat stability, light stability, solubility, and film moldability. A blue electroluminescent polymer has a structure represented by the following formula 1, wherein R1 and R2 are, independently of each other, selected from the group comprising hydrogen, substituted or unsubstituted C1-30 alkyl groups, substituted or unsubstituted C3-30 cycloalkyl groups, substituted or unsubstituted C6-30 aryl groups, substituted or unsubstituted C6-30 arylalkyl groups, substituted or unsubstituted C3-30 trialkyl silyl groups, substituted or unsubstituted C1-30 alkoxy groups, substituted or unsubstituted C6-30 aryloxy groups, substituted or unsubstituted C5-30 heteroaryl groups, substituted or unsubstituted C5-30 heteroarylalkyl groups, substituted or unsubstituted C5-30 heteroaryloxy groups, and substituted or unsubstituted C5-30 heterocycloalkyl groups, n is an integer of 1-1,000, and each of p and q represents an integer of 1-10.
