It provides a method, is used to prepare a kind of catalyst for olefinic polymerization, wherein catalyst produces polyolefin; it does not cause problem, such as bubble and formation gel when polyolefin is molded article; defective appearance and dimensional defects, without going past a granulation step. A kind of method, being used to prepare for a kind of catalyst of olefinic polymerization includes the step for reacting the magnesium alcohol that average particle size is 10-200 microns, and halogenated titanium produces the first reaction product. Magnesium alcohol is a kind of compound, it is represented by the following formula of Mg (OR^1) X, wherein R^1 is hydrogen or a substituted or unsubstituted C1-20 alkyl groups, X is OR^2, halogen, (SO4) _ 1/2OH, (CO_3) _ 1/2, or (PO_4) _ 1/3 (wherein, R^2 is hydrogen or a substituted or unsubstituted C1-20 alkyl groups). A kind of method is used to prepare a step of polymerizable alkenyl under the conditions of the polyolefin with uniform molecular weight includes existing for the prepared catalyst.
