A system and a method for monitoring keywords are provided to manage AD(ADvertisement) effect and replay to a goods review of a predetermined keyword and the similar keyword related to the predetermined keyword efficiently in a plurality of search sites by monitoring the keywords inputted to a keyword input window of the search sites. A search site server(110) updates a site screen including a keyword input window for receiving a keyword, and displays AD, news, and replies for the predetermined keyword inputted to the keyword input window. A service server(150) forms a database by storing a result for the keyword inputted to the keyword input window of the search site server, forms a result screen based on the database by a request of an advertiser terminal(130), and transmits the result screen to the advertiser terminal through the Internet(120). The database includes a search site ID code, a keyword ID code, an AD status ID code representing an AD status of the keyword, a news data ID code, a bulletin board type ID code, a bulletin ID code representing a URL(Uniform Resource Locator) of writing including the keyword, and a similar keyword connection ID code representing the similar keyword having meaning related to the keyword.
