One fixture is arranged to enhance working efficiency for teaching an arm of an automatic guide vehicle and an automatic guided vehicle system by respectively executing an arm teaching readjustment process from a substrate manufacturing process. One automatic guided vehicle system includes a loader, an automatic guide vehicle (120), an arm teaching jig of automatic guide vehicle and a controller (120a). Automatic guide vehicle delivers a box to loader. Arm teaching jig adjusts an extensometer of automatic guide vehicle corresponding with an extensometer of loader, before transfer box to loader. Controller receives location information data, and the operation of automatic guide vehicle is arranged to control by arm teaching jig.
