A Richardson LDPC(Low Density Parity Check) encoding algorithm-based fast encoding method using circular permutation matrices is provided to perform Richardson encoding of an LDPC code fast by converting an inverse matrix into a unit matrix. In a Richardson LDPC encoding algorithm-based fast encoding method using circular permutation matrices, a parity check matrix is formed by using the circular permutation matrices which form a finite field through modulo-m operation. An additional operation step is reduced by converting an inverse matrix into a unit matrix or the circular permutation matrix to reduce complexity in operation of a low density matrix.
