A method for preparing ferromagnetic substance alloy particles is provided to prepare the ferromagnetic substance alloy particles while freely controlling a composition for the ferromagnetic substance alloy particles, easily control the size of the ferromagnetic substance alloy particles by adding a seed material into the composition, and relieve an agglomeration phenomenon of the FeCo alloy particles using a capping material in case of FeCo alloy particles. A method for preparing ferromagnetic substance alloy particles comprises the steps of: dissolving ferromagnetic metal salts into a polyol solution; and heating the ferromagnetic metal salt-dissolved polyol solution to a reaction temperature, and holding the reaction temperature for a predetermined reaction time. The ferromagnetic metal salts are two or more selected from an iron metal salt, a nickel metal salt, and a cobalt metal salt. The iron metal salt is FeCl2.4H2O, the nickel metal salt is Ni(Ac)2.4H2O, and the cobalt metal salt is Co(Ac)2.4H2O, wherein Ac denotes acetate. The polyol solution is ethylene glycol or propylene glycol. A method for preparing FeNi alloy particles comprises the steps of: dissolving an iron metal salt and a nickel metal salt into a polyol solution; and heating the polyol solution dissolved with the iron metal salt and the nickel metal salt to a reaction temperature, and holding the reaction temperature for a predetermined reaction time. A method for preparing CoNi alloy particles comprises the steps of: dissolving a cobalt metal salt and a nickel metal salt into a polyol solution; and heating the polyol solution dissolved with the cobalt metal salt and the nickel metal salt to a reaction temperature, and holding the reaction temperature for a predetermined reaction time.
