A preparation method of a healthful undiluted pomegranate solution tea composition containing collagen and vitamin is provided to increase consumer's preferences for collagen with disgusting flavor by using pomegranate juice. A healthful undiluted pomegranate solution tea composition containing collagen and vitamin comprises: 85~95wt% of pomegranate juice, 1~6wt% of citric acid, 1~2wt% of stevioside, 1~3wt% of collagen, 1~2wt% of vitamin, and 1~2wt% of pectin, based on the total weight of the composition. The composition is prepared by the steps of: (a) selecting pomegranate juice, citric acid, stevioside, collagen, vitamin, and pectin; (b) fixing the mixing ratio of all the ingredients; (c) firstly mixing pectin and stevioside; (d) secondly mixing pomegranate juice to the first mixture; (e) aging the second mixture; (f) thirdly mixing vitamin C, collagen, and citric acid; (g) fourthly mixing pomegranate juice to the third mixture; (h) fifthly mixing the fourth mixture and the aged second mixture; (i) sixthly mixing pomegranate to the fifth mixture; (j) aging/sterilizing the sixth mixture; and (k) injecting/packing.
