A stem of a ship is provided to stabilize and simplify a structure thereof with structural strength maintained by installing a ring frame inside of the stern of the ship. A stem(10) of a ship includes an outer plate(11) and a structure member(12). The outer plate is formed to reduce resistance of fluid. The structure member is installed inside the outer plate and includes vertical members(40), horizontal members(41), and a reinforcement matters(42). The vertical members and the horizontal members partition the stem and maintain structural strength of the stem. The reinforcement matters are installed widthwise of the stem and reinforce the structural strength of the stem.
