POLYACRYLONITRILE/HYDROXYAPATITE SORBENT FOR HEAVY METAL IONS AND A METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME

One polyacrylonitrile/hydroxyapatite mixing adsorbent and preparation method are provided to after adsorption treatment and are easily separated a treatment fluid and a polyacrylonitrile containing apartite/hydroxyapatite adsorbent, preparing polyacrylonitrile/hydroxyapatite mixing adsorbent in the form of a fiber or pearl. As an adsorbent, wherein polyacrylonitrile (PAN) and hydroxyapatite (HAp) are mixed with each other, and one polyacrylonitrile/hydroxyapatite mixing adsorbent of the absorption for heavy metal includes by the hydroxyapatite weight 20 to 70% based on total sorbent weight. Mixed adsorbent is prepared in a fiber or the form of pearl. A kind of method is used to prepare a polyacrylonitrile/hydroxyapatite mixing adsorbent and includes the following steps: :(a) dispersion hydroxyapatite enters a solvent and uses ultrasonic wave; (b) PAN for disappearing molten enters the hydroxyapatite for diffusing to solvent, prepares a PAN/HAp mixed solutions; (c) enter the PAN/HAp mixed solutions that water is obtained by the extrusion of a fusulus or mold-weaving, make to squeeze out the PAN/HAp mixed solutions solidification for pulling into filiform.
