A wire net for a reinforced earth retaining wall and a method of constructing the reinforced earth retaining wall using the same are provided to shorten the constructing time by using connecting hooks and planting mat fixing pints instead of using binding ropes. A wire net for a reinforced earth retaining wall comprises a wall body material(10), and planting mat fixing pins(120). The planting mat fixing pins are installed at the rear surface of the wall body material. Supporting frames(130) are installed at the front of the wall body material to support decoration members(140). Connecting hooks(112,114,116,164) are formed to at least one of the upper, lower, left, and right sides of the wall body material. A bottom material(160) has one side combined with the wall body material.
