Electrify prevention coating liquid manufacturing method of transparecy panel

A method of preparing an anti-static coating solution useful for anti-static goods is provided to produce a UV curable coating solution with anti-static property useful for hard coating materials to form coating films effectively applied to clean room, sound-absorptive wall, protection cover for semiconductor devices, anti-static articles for electronic goods by using polyethylenedioxythiopene(PEDT) based conductive polymer to prepare the coating solution. The method includes fully admixing together 0.001-1.0wt.% of nano silica, 30-95wt% of PEDT conductive polymer, 1-20wt% of monomer and oligomer, 5-90wt% of an organic solvent and 0.4-1wt% of a photo-initiator at ordinary temperature for 2 to 24 hours. The prepared anti-static coating solution is used to manufacture a plastic coating film with improved adhesiveness and abrasion resistance. The manufacturing process comprises the steps of: pre-treating a plastic film for modifying the surface of the film through a plasma surface treatment before applying the coating solution; preparing the coating solution by adding the nano silica and the PEDT conductive polymer thereto; and applying the coating solution to the surface of the modified film.
