PURPOSE: To obtain a homogeneous coating solution by adding ethanol amine into a mixed solution of zinc fatty acid and a specific metal alkoxide and to improve antistatic effect and optical properties and to reduce cost by applying the coating solution on a glass substrate. ;CONSTITUTION: The stable coating solution is obtained by mixing Zn(OCOR)2.XH2O (R is 1-8C linear or branched alkyl, X is the number of crystallization waters) and Zr(OR')4 and/or Al(OR")3 in equal to more than one kind of organic solvents such as alcohols, glycols and glycol ethers so that the concn. of Zn is 1-9 (molar ratio) to the concn. of Zr and/or Al and is 0.1-2mol/l and adding monoethanol amine into the mixed solution so that monoethanol amine is 0.7-1.5 (molar ratio) to zinc fatty acid. A zinc oxide based multiple oxide coated film is obtained by applying the coating solution on the glass substrate by spraying, roll coating, printing or the like to form a coated film and after drying at 70-150°C, firing at ≤400°C for 10-30 minutes.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1995,JPO
